What types of project do you take on?
We welcome enquiries about renovations, extensions, new builds, structural alterations, garage and loft conversions, and shop fitting including restaurants and hospitality premises.
Will my project be managed from start to finish?
Yes. We discuss the concept and scope with you, coordinate the building stages and trades, and work through to the finishing details and completion.
Where do you work?
We are based in the Newcastle area and work across the surrounding region. Send your postcode and a brief description of the work so Steven can confirm availability for your project.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your name, contact details, postcode, a description of the work and any plans or photographs you already have. An indication of your preferred timing is helpful too.
Can you help with a commercial fit-out?
Yes. We take enquiries for shops, restaurants and hospitality premises, including refurbishment, layout changes and fitting out a space for its intended use.
Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval?
Requirements depend on the property and work proposed. These should be checked with the relevant professionals and local authority before work begins. We can discuss how approvals and drawings fit into the project plan.
